Monika Kwiatuszewska-Czerwonka graduated from Political Science and International Relations at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. In 2011 she completed Polish-American postgraduate studies Master of Business Administration (MBA) – University of Illinois. From 2015, an expert in the Lubelskie Regional Operational Program for the years 2014-2020 in the area of social inclusion, labour market and the adaptability of enterprises and employees to changes. In the years 2010-2015 the Expert of the Ministry of Regional Development in the Operational Program Human Capital 2007-2013. In 2010-2011 member of the Working Group on Social Inclusion in the Ministry of Regional Development. In the years 2010-2011 served as the State Aid Inspection the Marshal’s Office of the Lubelskie Voivodship in Lublin. In the years 2008-2010 held the position of specialist consultancy in the Regional Center for Social Policy in Lublin for the implementation of EU projects. The scope of duties included substantive counselling for integration and social assistance institutions in the field of writing, implementing and accounting for projects co-financed by the European Social Fund. In the years 2006-2016 a creator, co-ordinator and project manager of projects co-financed by the European Union.

Grzegorz Pietroń – a graduate of English Studies at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. A former academic assistant at the Institute of English at UMCS (a COPERNICUS project coordinator), and a lecturer at the Department of Applied Linguistics UMCS (methodology of teaching English, consecutive translation). A specialist in teaching practical phonetics: a co-author of 7 scientific publications in the field of didactics of phonetics. An experienced English teacher in public schools and private language institutions. A specialist in preparing for certificates e.g. FCE, CAE, CPE, ILEC, BEC, TOEFL, IELTS and specialized courses (business, technical, medical, legal). Currently, an English teacher at the Centre of Continuing Education No. 2 in Lublin.

Magdalena Łukasik graduated from the Lublin University of Technology, has completed doctoral studies in management and finance, a vocational counsellor, trainer, teacher. Since 2007 she has been conducting professional training and counselling for clients of Labour Offices, Commune Social Welfare Centres, Investigative Detention Centres, non-governmental organizations. She has professional experience as a deputy director of a branch of a training company. Currently the manager of vocational education and lecturer of Qualified Pedagogical Studies at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. A licensed DISC trainer, an educator. The author of publications on the promotion of education. “In my coaching career I am professionally engaged in the pursuit of short and long-term career goals, career planning and counselling in the area of labour market mobility. In the profession of coach most appreciated the continuous development of the students and the visible effects of their work.” Coaching specializations: career counselling, individual and group counselling procedures, theory and practice of orientation of vocational and school guidance, occupational education, interpersonal communication, educational marketing.

Olga Sprysak – a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, finance and accounting, specialization accounting systems and public finance. She completed postgraduate studies in Occupational Safety and Health and Pedagogical Qualification. She is a Certified Accountant which allows her to provide a bookkeeping service. She has professional experience in the position of a chief accountant in budgetary units: she is a teacher in the field of accounting techniques, conducts training in accounting and finance.

Gecko Programmes Ltd

Michael Ryan has a varied background starting with 1O years in commercial customer facing roles in Galway and then London after completing a Management Degree. This was then followed by specialising in Finance and IT in conjunction with another MSc IT degree in the commercial sector for 5 years. Another 10 years was spent in the public sector developing skills and employee development strategies in the West Midlands with Learning providers, Universities and employers, A MSc in Management Psychology followed by a PGCert in Systems Thinking was also completed. Since then working with Gecko Programmes, in several roles, mainly managing projects and the developing and delivery learning materials before finally becoming a fully qualified Teacher and now fulltime developing learning solutions to build capacity in commercial organisations for Gecko.

Jack Yates is a graduate of both Aberystwyth University (Law, LLB) and the VrijeUniversiteit Amsterdam (Law and Politics of International Security, LLM). He is currently employed as European Coordinator for Gecko Programmes Ltd, where he works on administrating and managing both KA1 and KA2 Erasmus projects.
