On 21 and 22 February, 2018, the first meeting of the project “YouBrand – Storytelling and Pitching for Start-ups” took place in Rome. The meeting was attended by 10 representatives of the organization. It was opened by the host Andrea Cenderello from Agenfap who welcomed the participants and presented the agenda of the meeting. All the organizations, goals and project assumptions were outlined. The CKU representative dealt with the project management, then the partners focused on other areas e.g: the assumptions of the evaluation plan, risk management and a project dissemination plan. All the actions that need to be taken were discussed in detail. The partners debated on individual activities, planned implementations and they set deadlines for the fulfilment of specific tasks. The date of the next project meetings was agreed on and some project changes to be introduced were planned.
